Are all products 100% authentic? +
Yes! Every item sold at Kavora is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We source our luxury fashion pieces directly from authorized distributors and official brand partners. All products come with original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates where applicable.
Why are luxury items more affordable at Kavora? +
We specialize in sourcing previous season collections and overstocks directly from brands and authorized distributors at wholesale prices. This allows us to offer genuine designer pieces at significantly reduced prices compared to traditional retail, without compromising on authenticity or quality.
Do products come with original packaging and tags? +
Yes, all items are brand new and arrive in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and branded materials intact.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €400. For orders under €400, Standard Shipping costs €18.99 and Express Shipping costs €34.99.
How long does delivery take? +
Within the European Union:
• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

Outside the European Union:
• Express Delivery: 3-4 business days
• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Which countries do you ship to? +
We ship to over 170 countries worldwide. However, at this time, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to ongoing circumstances.
Can I track my order? +
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time using FedEx, DHL, or UPS tracking systems.
Will I have to pay customs fees? +
European Union: Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs fees.

United States: We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, allowing you to pre-pay customs duties at checkout.

Other Countries: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How do I initiate a return? +
To start a return, contact us at returns@kavorafashion.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
How long does it take to receive my refund? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
What items cannot be returned? +
We cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Items without original tags or packaging

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size? +
We recommend consulting our Size Guide available on each product page. Luxury designer brands may have different sizing standards, so please check the specific measurements for each item.
What if the item doesn't fit? +
If your item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions (unworn, with tags, in original packaging).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Please contact us immediately at info@kavorafashion.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped (typically within 24-48 hours), we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
