Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping periods, holidays, or promotional events.

We offer two shipping options:

International Shipping and Customs
We ship to over 170 countries worldwide.
Important information for international orders:
United Kingdom Orders: For orders shipped within the UK, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
European Union Orders: For orders shipped within the EU, customs duties and import taxes are generally not applicable, as our products are shipped from within the European Union.
Orders to the United States: We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for US customers, which allows you to pre-pay customs duties at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery without additional charges upon receipt.
Orders to Other Countries: For deliveries outside the UK, EU, and US, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing your order.
Please note that customs clearance processes can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at info@kavorafashion.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to ongoing circumstances.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
